Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after purchase.
Shipping is made via UPS Ground service and shipping times may vary depending on your location. (International shipping can take up to 30 business days for delivery.)

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your product within 7 business days of receiving it.

If the vacuum is returned unused and in its original packaging, you’ll receive a full refund of the product price.

If the vacuum has been used, a small deduction will be made to cover the value of the used filters.

In both cases (unused or used), the return shipping cost from your location to our TCV warehouse will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are issued once the returned product has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your original payment method.

Standard Returns & Exchanges

If your device arrives damaged, flawed, or malfunctioning, please contact our customer support team. We will gladly provide a replacement or a full refund.

If more than 7 days have passed and you still wish to return your order (and it's unused and in its original condition), you may do so within 30 days of delivery, but:

Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility
A refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected

Please note: used products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Warranty

Every Cosmetic Vacuum comes with a 12-month warranty covering all internal components.
This warranty applies under normal, responsible use and is valid from the date of delivery.

The warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, or breakage from improper handling.

We accept all major credit cards on our website, making checkout simple and secure.

For your convenience, we also offer flexible payment plans through Affirm, Afterpay, and Klarna- so you can choose the option that best suits your needs and budget.
