Shipping:

 

Processing and handling time might take up to 4-6 business days after an order has been made.

Shipping and transit time may vary depend on your location, and can take up to 30 business days.

 

Returns:

 

We undertake full responsibility for delivering a brand-new working device.

  • However, If by any chance your device arrived flawed, or malfunctioning, please contact our customer support in order to accept a refund or a new device.

  • If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel the purchase and return the product to us within 7 business days of receipt, as long as it’s in original package, and see no usage. Return shipping costs are under the customer's responsibility. 

 

Warranty:

 

All our products come with a warranty for the first 12 months. This is valid to all the parts of the device, as long as it has been reasonably used to meet the purpose it was made for.

Warranty does not cover any damage or fractures resulted by abuse, or irresponsible usage.

 

Privacy Statement:

 

The Cosmetic Vacuum company cares about the privacy of its clients, and will not share any information regarding its clients to any third-party entity (excluding our forwarder who requires an address, and phone number in order to arrange delivery).

We handle your information with great care, and we will never keep your credit card details stored on our servers or computers.
